Hello all

Change to heal!

I come back to the subject "  discovery discovery  "

this is an important subject

You should know that to heal from a chronic depression or even from a depression you must first change your nature and the whole chain of your ideas.

Because these diseases are in the close dependence of automatisms which you  have yourselves  created by thoughts of fear  anguish  of repression and anger.

First of all …… ..if a  depression is installed antidepressants are essential for a few months.

In parallel.....

Normalize  you  in an educational attitude

You have to  to be "  master  " in your  world

little by little you feel stronger  as internal or external forces. and above all autonomous ....

Dependence is the common thread. Search  more autonomy.

Other determining causes : Moral affections  (unhappy love, deep sorrow, exalted ambition, perpetual contradictions)

Each person must calm their inner anger, take charge and ……… Change, even if daily life remains the same.  You have to change for you  adapt to your  new needs for strength and freedom.

.Do not expect to see your  evils disappear without completely changing behavior towards oneself and towards others. INVERT THE SCHEMES. (slave  to Master)

Repeat,  for  reprogram  your unconscious  positive sentences, as often as possible, then  combine actions and thoughts

here is  some ideas of sentences that I collected ........

" I no longer live as a slave, I run my life with a masterful hand, I do not suffer what I do not accept"

"  Nothing and no one  will prevent me  to be happy  "

"I am open to change"

CHANGER… CHANGER IS THE KEY WORD.

Open up  to what is light, new, beautiful. the inner energies will change and attract the  same quality energies (more positive)

It takes a little while for everything to fall into place, but to decide is to set foot in the stirrup.

So… .. Good luck to all of you .......  See you next week.

Quote of the week

——————————

"  We all seek happiness, but without knowing where

like the drunkards who seek their home, knowing in a vague way that they have one "

(Voltaire)
